The following points should be noted when installing stainless steel pipes

The curvature of each part of the stainless steel pipe is constantly changing. Although the deformation caused by this curvature change is not large, its dirt is very different from the linear expansion coefficient of the metal stainless steel pipe. The following is what you should pay attention to when installing the stainless steel pipe? I hope it can bring you good help.

1. The stress distribution of stainless steel pipe is uniform and has strong corrosion resistance.

2. The process characteristics of stainless steel pipes are that during the forming process, the deformation is not caused by the forced flow of metal in the mold, but by the "soft forming" caused by the free flow process. Therefore, due to no forced deformation, no stress concentration, small residual stress, uniform stress distribution, and no defects, the forming process has a strong resistance to stress corrosion.

3. During installation, the spacing of the stainless steel pipe brackets shall not be greater than the spacing specified in the table below. The distance between the hot water pipe fixed brackets should be determined according to the thermal expansion of the pipeline and the allowable compensation of the expansion joint. The fixed bracket should be in close contact with the pipeline and fixed firmly.

4. The movable bracket should be flexible, and a gap of 3-5mm should be left between the sliding bracket and the sliding bracket. The bearing spacing of thin-walled stainless steel pipes can be determined according to the data in the table below. Stainless steel pipe clamps should be used for removable supports for exposed pipes. Plastic pipe clamps may also be used to mount pipes with a nominal diameter up to 25 mm.
